Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal, at Full Lace Wigs by Hottipsfashion, LLC, and your satisfaction is our main priority.


All full lace wigs are carefully inspected for defect(s) before shipping. However, should there be an error in your order (wrong item, texture, length, or any defect at all),you must contact us within 24 hours per e-mail, via fax, or on the phone.

A customer representative will give you instructions for the return of the hair unit, and will give the choice between a full refund or an exchange, which ever suit you best.

If you are not happy with your in-stock full lace wig(s) for any reason, you can return it within three (3) business days, for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee.

Our custom full lace wigs, may be returned, ONLY if the workmanship is defective, or the ordered specifications are incorrect.
If you have to return a custom full lace wig, for the above reason(s), you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your custom full lace wig.

Full Lace Wigs by Hottipsfashion, LLC will have your full lace wig remade at our expense. NO CASH REFUND will be issued. All full lace wigs that must be remade because of the above mentioned reason(s), shall be  remade with the EXACT specifications from the original order form.
Please do not ask for any changes, as this will constitute a new order.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Returned full lace wig(s)  may not have been worn, brushed, had product(s) of any kind applied to it or had hair or/and lace cut at all.

Full Lace Wigs by Hottipsfashion, LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange(s) and/or return(s) on any full lace wig that has been worn, styled, adjusted, or have had its hair or its lace cut and have had any change (s) applied.

Once you have contacted us through our customer service, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORISATION (RMA NUMBER) BEFORE RETURNING YOUR FULL LACE WIG(S) OR ANY PURCHASED ITEM(S) ON OUR WEBSITE, TO FULL LACE WIGS BY HOTTIPSFASHION, LLC.

Return without prior authorization (RMA number) will be issued a STORE CREDIT for future purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns must be received within seven (7) business days.

All  full lace wig returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee (based upon the item purchase price), and all the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a particular full lace wig style, a particular full lace wig texture and/or length is not available at the time of sale, or/and if an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately within one (1) business day, and we will gladly, either do an exchange  or issue a full refund, for those ordered items, and the associated shipping and handling cost immediately.
Other than the above mentioned case, we do not refund or credit shipping charges, nor do we pay for  return shipment(s) to Full Lace Wigs by Hottipsfashion, LLC.
