A)- REGISTER:

All our auctions are real time auctions.

First our auction site requires that all buyers be registered.

Registration is simple. Just click on the link below and follow the enclosed steps.

Read carefully the user agreement , then click on the button: “I ACCEPT”

Fill out the form (Choose a username, password & enter your info)

ATTENTION: You must enter a username and a password that contains only alphanumeric characters (Only letters and numbers)

Be sure to include a valid email address since you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your registration with your temporary password usually within a few minutes. 

You may log-in into the: “Change User Information” area and change the temporary password into one of your choice later on. 

B)- BIDDING: 

Click on the tab: “HOT SALES & BARGAINS” located on the left on our website.

Click on the button: “CLICK HERE TO BID” located next to the item you want to bid on. If you wish to place a bid, enter your bid amount in the box below the item, and then just click on the: “PLACE MY BID” button nearby.

A good strategy for items you really want is to place the highest bid you are willing to pay.

Should someone outbid you, our system sends you immediately an e-mail notification with a link back to the item so that you have the opportunity to increase your bid.

Just click on the link enclosed in your e-mail message and you will be redirect straight to that item and you can then decide about raising your bid.

C)-RAISING BIDS:
To raise your bid, scroll down the page where the item you bid on, is located, enter your new higher maximum bid and click on the button:  “place my bid”.

D)- RESERVE BIDS:
Sometimes a seller enters a Reserve Bid, meaning the featured item in the auction, will not sold below the value assigned by our company.

In such a case--even if you are the highest bidder, you will not win the item unless your bid meet the value assigned to this item by our company at the start of the auction.

E)- AUTOMATIC E-MAIL:
The system automatically sends the buyer (highest bidder) an e-mail when the auction ends, in which a link will be provided for payment.

Payment methods available to pay winning auctions are: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and Money Orders.

  AUCTION RULES & REGULATIONS

A)- A bid is commitment to buy on our auction site and is considered a contract so you are obligated to purchase the item you bid on.

B)- Please ask any and every question(s) you may have prior to bidding.

C)- You can purchase an item instantly using the button: “Buy It Now” if such button is shown near an item listed for auction.

D)- Remember, all bids are active until the auctioned item listing ends. If you win an item (highest bidder) or if you click the “Buy It Now” button, you are totally obligated to complete the transaction meaning pay for the item.

E)- Keep in mind that failing to purchase an item that you have won through our auction, may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Our company, Hottipsfashion,LLC reserve the right(s) to close the account of any registered auction member(s) abusing our auction(s) in any way, and/or violating our auctions rules & regulations.
