All full lace wigs are carefully inspected for defect(s) before shipping.

However, should there be an error in your order (wrong item, texture, length, or any defect at all), you must contact us within 24 hours, either:

A customer representative will give you  the needed instructions for the return of the hair unit, and will give the choice between a refund or an exchange, which ever suits you best.

If you are not happy with your regular priced in-stock full lace wig(s) for any reason, you can return it within three (3) business days for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee.

NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE & NO CASH REFUND will be given on full lace wigs ACCESSORIES,except for FLW A 904, FLW A 304 and FLW A 303.There will be a restocking fee of 20%, for the returned items FLW A 904, FLW A 304 and FLW A 303, and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Celebrities full lace wigs may be returned, ONLY if the workmanship is defective, or the ordered color, or/and specification(s) are incorrect, and ONLY for an exchange of a same, or greater value full lace wig. 

Custom full lace wigs, may be returned, ONLY if the workmanship is defective, or the ordered specifications are incorrect.

If you do have to return a custom full lace wig, for the above reason(s), you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your custom full lace wig.

Fulllacewigsbyhottipsfashion.com, will have your custom full lace wig remade & shipped back to you, at the company expense. NO CASH REFUND will be issued.

All custom full lace wigs that must be remade, because of the above mentioned reason, shall be  remade with the EXACT specifications from the original order form.

Please do not ask for any change(s), as this will constitute a new order.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Returned full lace wig(s)  may not have been worn, brushed, had product(s) of any kind, applied to it or had hair styled, cut or/and have the lace cut at all.

Fulllacewigsbyhottipsfashion.com reserves the right to deny any exchange and/or return on any wig that has been worn, styled, adjusted, or have had its hair or its lace cut and have had any change (s) applied.

Once you have contacted us through our customer service, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORISATION (RMA NUMBER) BEFORE RETURNING YOUR FULL LACE WIG(S) OR ANY PURCHASED ITEM(S) FROM OUR WEBSITE.

Return without prior authorization (RMA number) will be issued a STORE CREDIT for future purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns must be sent via USP with signature confirmation.

Returns must be received at our location within seven (7) business days after RMA number has been issued.

All  full lace wig returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee (based upon the items purchase price), and all the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a particular full lace wig, a particular full lace wig texture and/or length is not available at the time of sale, or/and if an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately within one (1) business day, and will gladly, either do an exchange  or issue a full refund, for those ordered items, and the associated shipping and handling cost immediately.

Other than the above mentioned case, we do not refund or credit shipping charges, nor do we pay for  return shipment(s) to our company.
