6) SHIPPING AGREEMENT: Your order will generally be shipped, according to the method of shipping chosen by you at the time you placed your order. However in some rare instance(s), like when shipping carriers delivery schedule(s) or destination(s) cannot be completed according to your wish, or/and when delay(s) in processing your order occurs, we may have to choose another shipping method, which in that case will provide the SAME shipping quality, and the SAME delivery time, you chose when you first placed your oder.

As a result of these frauds, Hottipsfashion, LLC now have a new policy in place which requires a confirmation email if your billing address is different than your shipping address, before our Customer Service Department ships out any order(s).

If you are not happy with your regular priced in-stock full lace wig(s) for any reason, you can return it within three (3) business days for a full refund minus 25% restocking fee, PLUS an additional $99 cleaning ,disinfection, and seal /re-packaging fee (for hygiene and health concerns). NO EXEPTIONS! Buyer must pay for return shipping with a valid tracking number(USPS, FeDex, UPS)

Celebrities full lace wigs may be returned, ONLY if the workmanship is defective, or the ordered color, or/and specification(s) are incorrect, and ONLY for an exchange of a same, or greater value full lace wig.
Custom full lace wigs, may be returned, ONLY if the workmanship is defective, or the ordered specifications are incorrect.
If you do have to return a custom full lace wig, for the above reason(s), you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your custom full lace wig.
Fulllacewigsbyhottipsfashion.com, will have your custom full lace wig remade & shipped back to you, at the company expense. NO CASH REFUND will be issued.
All custom full lace wigs that must be remade, because of the above mentioned reason, shall be remade with the EXACT specifications from the original order form.
Please do not ask for any change(s), as this will constitute a NEW order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH OUR GOLD SEAL INTACT(NOT BROKEN)
Customer(s) who want to return a hair unit with the company closing gold seal of its original packaging broken, must be aware that our company will be obliged to have this item (hair unit/full lace wig) professionally cleaned and disinfected, in order to meet the consumer hygiene standards required by law, BEFORE selling that mentioned item to a third party.
Returned full lace wig(s) may not have been worn, brushed, had product(s) of any kind, applied to it or had hair styled, cut or/and have the lace cut at all.
Fulllacewigsbyhottipsfashion.com reserves the right, to deny any exchange and/or return on any full lace wig(s) for the following reasons:
a)- that is not returned, it its original pakaging with an intact gold seal.
b)- that has been worn, styled, adjusted, and/or have had its hair or its lace cut and/or altered in anyway.
c)- that do not have the original price tag attached to it.
Once you have contacted us through our Customer Service Department, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORISATION (RMA NUMBER) BEFORE RETURNING YOUR FULL LACE WIG(S) OR ANY PURCHASED ITEM(S) FROM OUR WEBSITE.
Return without prior authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL returns must be sent to Hottipsfashion,LLC -638 Smythe Road, Fort Mill, SC 29715- with Signature upon delivery/ Signature Confirmation.
ALL returns must be received at our location within seven (7) business days after the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) has been issued by our Customer Service Department.
All full lace wig returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee (based upon the items purchase price), and all the shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a particular In-stock full lace wig, a particular hair texture and/or length is not available at the time of sale, or/and if an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately within one (1) business day, and will gladly, either do an exchange of your choice on your order or issue a full refund, for those ordered items, and the associated shipping and handling cost immediately.
Other than the above mentioned case, we do not refund or credit shipping charges, nor do we pay for return shipment(s) to our company.
